Hard-boiled eggs are a quick snack that are high in protein, loaded with vitamins and provide the good fats. That is just a few, of the laundry list of benefits hard-boiled eggs offer. So they are an automatic include into my weekly protein intake.
One large hard-boiled egg has 78 calories, 6.3 grams of protein, 5.3 grams of fat, negligible amounts of carbohydrates and no fiber.
But they present one problem
I hate peeling them! I usually prep a dozen or more eggs for a week worth of snacks. It’s such a boring, menial, and aggravating task. Thankfully I stumbled across this tip from Tim Ferriss.
It will take some practice, technique and testing to get the formula right. But after three attempts at three different batches, I pulled the trick off!
Give it a shot and leave your peeling days behind you.
